LayerTwo (LayerTwo Design) is a senior studio that designs and builds, led by co-founders Cam Duncalfe (web and UX lead) and Erick Nicolay (brand lead), sharing strategic and creative direction, with over ten years in brand and digital. ### How much does a project with LayerTwo cost?
Projects start at $6K. Brand identity starts from $6K, websites from $10K, brand and website together from $12K, and product UI/UX from $8K. Every project gets a written scope and one fixed price.

### Do you work on projects or retainers?
Both. Choose a defined project or an ongoing senior team from $6K a month. Both include strategic and creative input.

### How long does a project take?
Brand identity takes 4 to 6 weeks. A website takes 5 to 8 weeks. Brand and website together take 6 to 8 weeks. Product UI/UX takes 4 to 8 weeks. Your proposal sets the dates for every phase.

### Do you build in Webflow or custom code?
Both. We build in Webflow when your team needs to edit pages and publish content without a developer. We write custom code, usually Next.js, when the site needs logic, integrations or performance that Webflow cannot give you.

### Who will I work with?
Cam and Erick lead strategy and creative together. Cam specializes in web and UX; Erick in brand and creative concepts. Each project gets a dedicated senior team built around the work, and the same team stays with you from the first call to launch.

### How does payment work?
Projects are one fixed price, paid upfront once the scope is signed. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, with no lock-in.
